LuxyList is a digital haven for creators to curate their ultimate wishlist from across the web, which they can effortlessly share with their fans. Fans then have the unique opportunity to connect with the creators they adore by purchasing the "value" of a gift from a creators wishlist. Once a gift is purchased, we step in to procure these gifts on behalf of the fan from the retailer selected by the creator.

Please note, while LuxyList allows a creator to add almost anything from anywhere on the internet, the availability of items on a wishlist isn't within our control, as we're not a retailer but your behind-the-scenes personal shopper. The ebb and flow of online inventory means that an item may not be available at the moment a fan decides to gift a creator.

At LuxyList, we pride ourselves on being more than just a gifting platform; we are dedicated personal shoppers, handling each gift request with the utmost care and attention. 

Rest assured, we strive for perfection in fulfilling gifts. Every gift is meticulously reviewed to confirm accuracy and availability. If an item isn't available, or if there's any hiccup in securing a gift, we provide the creator with LuxyCredits. This way, they can still indulge in selecting another gift that's just as coveted.

Please also understand that in the case of unfulfillable gifts, while we ensure a creator receives LuxyCredits to choose an alternative delight, our service fee is retained. This policy is in place because each gift request we receive involves a dedicated process of verification, procurement efforts, and administrative tasks. Even when a gift can't be fulfilled as originally planned, our team invests time and resources to ensure the gifting experience remains seamless and enjoyable. We appreciate your understanding that this fee reflects the valuable service provided, regardless of the final outcome.
