LuxyList processes customer payments for the purchase of physical goods selected from curated registries. All sales are considered final
LuxyList does not provide cash refunds once shopping services have begun, except where required by law. Refunds may be issued in cases of fraud, duplicate charges, or legal obligations.
If an item cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or supplier availability, LuxyList will provide a non-cash merchandise replacement credit equal to the item value so a substitute physical product can be selected. This credit:
• is issued only when an item cannot be fulfilled
• cannot be purchased directly
• cannot be redeemed for cash
• cannot be transferred between users
• can only be used to obtain physical merchandise through LuxyList
If an item is received damaged, defective, or not as described, LuxyList provides customer support and will work with the supplier to resolve the issue through replacement, correction, or other appropriate remedy.
