To prevent scams and malicious gifting attempts, LuxyList has a no-refund policy once an item is ordered from a LuxyList on our site. 


All Gifters agree to this when they make the purchase. 


Listers can not for any reason request a refund on behalf of a Gifter.

If a gift order can not be placed for any reason, Luxy Credits for the full value of the gift will be granted to the Lister.
