When a gift is returned to the merchant, and the merchant confirms the refund, at our discretion we may issue a refund to the Gifter minus our fees and any fees the merchant may charge, or a Gift Credit to the lister for the refunded amount minus our fees and any fees the merchant may charge.
Please note that some merchants may not offer refunds for returned items. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the return policies of the merchants featured on your list before adding items.
To manage the process of confirming refunds and liaising with merchants, a 15% service fee applies. This fee covers the additional effort required to resolve your return. Please note, we are unable to arrange a redelivery.
We provide tracking information for all deliveries to help you monitor your gift's journey. While we strive to alert you to any delivery issues, it is your responsibility to stay informed of potential challenges, such as:
- Customs and duties charges, which are determined by your country's regulations and are your responsibility.
- Missed deliveries — we advise contacting the courier directly to reschedule.
- Rerouted pickups, which may require ID verification at the courier's local facility matching the shipping address.
Ensuring the security of your delivery location is important, and we recommend monitoring tracking updates to anticipate your gift's arrival.
