What happens if my items are out of stock?

If your item is out of stock, we will attempt to source the item from another vendor first. If we are unable to source the item from another vendor then we will issue you the value of the gift in LuxyCredits for you to select another gift from your list.

Please note, any purchases made through us are subject to our 15% service fee.
