Can I return a gift?

Within 14 days of receiving the gift in some cases, yes.

 

Policies regarding returns: 

  • Regardless of the merchant's policy, returns are only allowed within 14 regular days of delivery of the gift.
  • Within the above noted time-frame, Listers are responsible for understanding and following the return policies of the merchant(s) they are gifted from so we recommend reviewing these policies before adding an item to your LuxyList.
  • Returns can only be made for refunds to the original purchase method, not store credit.
  • Once you return an item, give us a heads up, so we can confirm receipt of refund.
  • Once we confirm the refund, we issue LuxyCredits only
  • Returns will be charged a 15% service fee deducted from the refunded LuxyCredit amount.
  • Returns made outside of this window will be issued to the Gifter and the original service fee + the return fee is the responsibility of the the Lister.
  • The relationships we have with the vendors we purchase from are important to us and enable us to offer an almost seamless gifting experiences.  Excessive returns put our relationships at risk and will result in a review of your account and possible deactivation.  We reserve the right to deactivate gifting on an account at any time as a result of excessive returns.
