Can I return a gift?

Within 14 days of receiving the gift in some cases, yes.

• Regardless of the merchant's policy, we are only able to assist you with a return within 14 days of receiving the gift.
• Listers are responsible for understanding and following the return policies of the merchant(s) they are gifted from so we recommend reviewing these policies before adding an item to your LuxyList.
• Returns can only be made for refunds to the original purchase method, not store credit or an exchange. 
• Once we confirm the refund, we issue LuxyCredits only
• Returns will be charged a 15% service fee deducted from the refunded LuxyCredit amount.
• The relationships we have with the vendors we purchase from are important to us and enable us to offer an almost seamless gifting experiences.  Excessive returns put our relationships at risk and will result in a review of your account and possible deactivation.  We reserve the right to deactivate gifting on an account at any time as a result of excessive returns.
