When do you place the order for my Gift?

In most cases, we place orders 3 Business days after the gift request comes into our system.

Our business days follow the same schedule as US banking days, and do not include weekends or US bank Holidays.


Kindly note, we place gift orders with the mechant in the order they are received in our system and due to time zones and purchase volume, an order may be placed shortly after midnight on the 4th business day.

For some luxury items and brands, we work directly with our retail partners to source the item, so the order date may take longer and is dependent on:

  • The inventory in the store

  • The hours and days our retail partner is available
