When do you place the order for my Gift?

To manage our volume effectively, allow us time to do all the necessary pre-checks, and for the funds to settle, we place an order 3 Business days after the gift request comes into our system.

These business days follow the same schedule as US banking days, so they do not include weekends or US bank Holidays.

For some luxury items and brands, we work directly with our retail partners to source the item, so the order date may take longer and is dependent on:


  • The inventory in the store

  • The hours and days our retail partner is available


Our commitment to you is that if we are unable to place the order on the 3rd business day after we receive it in our system, we will reach out and let you know.
