When a Gifter places an order with us, our orders system captures the shipping address available at the time of the order. This is the info we use to place the order. If you get a gift notification and you need to update your shipping address - please reach out to us at [email protected] to let us know right away.
There is a 3 business day window between the time a gift request comes into our system and the time we place the order. If you reach out to us during this window we can work with you to update the shipping details on the order and in your account. Once and item is ordered from the vendor, we may be able to update delivery details, but we can't guarantee we will be able to.
After an order is shipped, you will need to reach the courier service directly to update the delivery details.
We encourage you to keep your delivery details updated in your account (and to let us know) to prevent delivery delays.
