Regarding the exchange of gifts received through LuxyList, we understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is deemed necessary. We offer an exchange window of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to certain conditions.
Policies Regarding Exchanges:
- Regardless of the individual merchant's policies, LuxyList adheres to a strict 14-day window, commencing from the delivery date of the gift.
- Within this timeframe, recipients are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to the policies of the original merchant. We recommend reviewing these policies prior to adding items to your LuxyList.
- Gifts from well known Luxury brands, custom, made-to-order, and high value items above 500USD are not eligible for exchanges or returns. We recommend confirming the sizing and other variables in advance.
- As LuxyList facilitates gift purchases, receipts are not provided.
- When exchanging a gift, tracking is required.
- A 15% service fee will be required beforehand.
- The relationships we maintain with merchants are of paramount importance, enabling us to provide a seamless gifting experience. Excessive and/or Fraudulent exchanges may jeopardize these relationships and will necessitate a review of your account.
- LuxyList reserves the right to deactivate gifting privileges at any time due to excessive exchange activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
- LuxyList Reserves the right to refuse exchange requests.
The logistical complexities associated with direct exchanges necessitate this approach, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of our gifting experience.
