Regarding the handling of gifted items, it's important that you first understand the policies and procedures of the merchants you are adding your items from.
Regardless of the merchant policies:
- The following types of gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges—we recommend confirming sizing and other details in advance:
- Gifts from well-known luxury brands
- Custom gifts
- Gifts that are made to order
- Vintage, secondhand, or consignment items
- High-value items above $500
- In some situations—such as sizing issues—if the merchant allows for exchanges, that will be your only option. Returns or Luxy Credits won't be available.
- We offer a return/exchange window of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to certain conditions.
- As LuxyList facilitates discreet gift purchases and is the purchaser on record, receipts and order info (such as the order number) will not be provided.
- A service fee is applied to all exchanges and returns.

- Deactivate gifting privileges at any time due to excessive return/exchange activity
- Deactivate gifting privileges at any time if activity is suspected to be fraudulent
- Refuse a return or exchange request
