Regarding the handling of gifted items, it's important that you first understand the policies and procedures of the merchants you are adding your items from.


Regardless of the merchant policies: 

  • - The following types of gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so we recommend confirming the sizing and other variables in advance.
    • Gifts from well known Luxury brands
    • Custom gifts 
    • Gifts that are made to order
    • Vintage, second hand, or on consignment
    • High value items above $500 
  • - We offer a return/exchange window of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to certain conditions.

Within that time frame, we offer two distinct avenues for your consideration.

Important Note:
The relationships we maintain with merchants are of paramount importance, enabling us to provide a seamless gifting experience. Excessive returns/exchanges can jeopardize these relationships and will necessitate a review of your account.

LuxyList reserves the right to:
  • Deactivate gifting privileges at any time due to excessive return/exchange activity.
  • Deactivate gifting privileges at any time if the activity is suspected to be fraudulent.
  • Refuse the return/exchange request.
