If you wish to return or exchange an item after it has been received, you will need to work directly with the merchant.
In the case of a return, you will need to notify us when the item has been shipped back to the merchant so we know when to look out for a refund confirmation notice. Luxy Credits will only be issued upon confirmation the refund has arrived back into our account. Please note that purchases using Luxy credits issued due to a return are subject to our service fee.,
