LUXYLIST does not allow (and may block):

• Anything that is considered an “Auction” or from an auction site (Ebay) even if there is a buy it now button.
• Used, Second hand items, or items from resale sites (poshmark)
• Alcohol and Alcoholic beverages, or any items containing alcohol
• Tobacco products or related accessories.
• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives.
• Weapons, including but not limited to knives, swords, or any item intended to inflict pain or harm or any item classified as a weapon under local laws.
• Adult products or services, including but not limited to pornography, adult toys, and adult entertainment.
• Cannabis-related products or paraphernalia, regardless of legal status in certain jurisdictions.
• Gift cards, gift vouchers, or any product that can be considered a stored-value financial instrument.
• Subscriptions to services or recurring payments for goods.
• Any form of stored value such as gold bars, stocks, cryptocurrencies, or other speculative financial instruments.
• Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia, including but not limited to controlled substances or any item used to manufacture or consume illegal drugs.
• Cash, tips, or other direct monetary donations.
• Charitable donations or fundraising activities of any kind.
• Deceptive or misleading marketing practices or activities that violate anti-fraud regulations.
• Precious metals and easily monetized goods, such as gold, silver, platinum, or gemstones.
• High-risk financial services, including currency exchanges, money transfers, and speculative products such as prepaid cards or travel vouchers.

Certain Items are restricted and include:

• Custom orders that are made-to-order and may not be returnable or refundable.

• Pre-orders for goods not yet released.

• Back-orders where items are out of stock and pending restock.

• High-value electronics and jewelry items

• Any type of order where the production and/or shipping is expected to exceed 30 days.

Etsy

We are unable to purchase gifts through Etsy, nor can we purchase Etsy Gift Cards.

If the gift you would like is on Etsy, we encourage you to search for a direct site for the Vendor and add the gift directly from the vendor's direct site.
