Orders are not placed or processed on weekends, US bank holidays, or during company-specific closures. See our Hours of Operation for details.
Expedited processing is not available.
Please note: Processing times may vary depending on gift volume. During peak giving seasons — such as holidays and major events — please allow additional time as our team works through a higher volume of orders.
