What happens if the Price is incorrect?

When we place the order we first check the price of the gift, including taxes, & shipping.

If the cost at checkout is more than what the Gifter paid, the Lister is responsible for the additional amount + any additional service fee. 

If the overage is less than $30USD and there is enough in LuxyCredits, we will deduct the amount from the Lister's available LuxyCredit balance.

If the amount of the overage is over $30USD or there is no LuxyCredit Blance, we will offer the Lister the following options: 

1) Deduct the amount from their LuxyCredit balance if there is enough

2) Give the Lister the option to pay the remaining balance via a payment link we provide.

3) Issue LuxyCredits of the gift to the lister for the original value of the gift including taxes, & shipping.  The lister can then use their LuxyCredits to choose a replacement item from their list. Please note, any purchases made through us are subject to our 15% service fee.
