What happens if the Price is incorrect?

When we place the order we first check the price of the gift, including taxes, & shipping.

If the cost at checkout is more than what the Gifter paid, the Lister is responsible for the additional amount + any additional service fee. 


If the Lister is unable to cover the additional amount, we will ssue LuxyCredits of the gift to the lister for the original value of the gift including taxes, & shipping.  The lister can then use their LuxyCredits to choose a replacement item from their list. Please note, any purchases made through us are subject to our 15% service fee.
