Delivery of your gift varies depending on the merchant, the courier, and the Lister's location. Once an order is shipped we will reach out to the Lister with any relevant tracking info.
Please note, we do not place the order with the merchant until the funds have settled in our account. This can take up to 3 business days or longer if there is a bank holiday.
We send automated notifications when an item is shipped and when the item has been fulfilled.
