Delivery of your gift varies depending on the merchant, the courier, and your location. Once an order is shipped we will reach out to you with any relevant tracking info.
The merchant and the courier dictates processing and shipping times. Listers are responsible for understanding the terms of a merchant prior to adding the item to their list.
Every merchant is different and it's important to understand the merchants specific policies ahead of time. For example, smaller boutique stores that handcraft their items may have a longer wait time for shipping confirmation whereas stores like Amazon tend to ship within 48 hours. We will always notify you once an item is shipped.
We are not responsible for any delivery issues and/or delays. Once we receive tracking and/or delivery info from the vendor, we will share it with the Lister and it is their responsibility from there.
