Order Finality


LuxyList operates as a gifting concierge service. Once a gift order is submitted, LuxyList immediately begins providing services including order verification, supplier coordination, price confirmation, and procurement efforts.


Because these services begin upon order placement, all sales are considered final. Service fees are earned at the time of order submission and are generally non-refundable.


Purchasers acknowledge and agree to this policy at checkout.


Recipient Cancellation Requests


Gift recipients may choose to cancel an order or request a refund on behalf of the purchaser and we may grant the request at our sole discretion, however, the service is non-refundable.
