LuxyList operates as a gift fulfillment platform. We do not provide tax documentation, receipts, or itemized transaction histories for gifts received by Listers, nor do we report gifts received to any tax authorities.
Lister Tax Responsibilities:
You acknowledge and agree that you have sole responsibility and liability for all reporting and payment of any taxes related to gifts received through LuxyList. You warrant (which means you make a legally enforceable promise) that you will at all times comply with all laws and regulations relating to taxes applicable to your use of the Services.
You are solely responsible for:
- Tracking all gifts received and their values
- Determining your tax obligations under applicable federal, state, and local tax laws
- Filing any required tax returns and paying any taxes owed
- Maintaining your own records for tax purposes
No Tax Advice or Liability:
LuxyList is not responsible for advising you on your taxes and will not be liable for any non-payment of taxes by LuxyList users. Nothing in these Terms or on our platform should be construed as tax, legal, or financial advice. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional to understand your specific tax obligations.
