Gift Statuses and Their Meaning

As your gift embarks on its voyage, we'll ensure you're updated every step of its journey.


  • New*  = A gift has been ordered and we are assessing the details of the gift to ensure accuracy and fulfillment - click here for more info
  • Confirmed = The assessment has been completed and has been approved for purchase
  • Awaiting shipment = The gift has been ordered from the merchant and we are waiting on shipping details
  • Shipped* = The gift is on it's way - if provided by the vendor, tracking details are provided to the Lister only and available by clicking the image of the gift in the gift suite
  • Complete* = The Gift has been fulfilled**



* An automated email notification is sent


**A gift request is considered "Complete" when the gift has been delivered, or in cases where we are unable to complete the purchase, the value has been transferred to the Lister via LuxyCredits.
