If a Lister wished to return or exchange a gift after it has been received, we will ask them to work directly with the merchant.
In the case of a return, the Lister will need to notify us when the item has been shipped back to the merchant so we know when to look out for a refund confirmation notice. Luxy Credits will only be issued upon confirmation the refund has arrived back into our account.
