Why did the merchant cancel the gift order and what happens next?

Merchants have their very own magic wands to detect potential risks and uncover fraudulent patterns. Since we're your very own gifting elves, our billing details won't match the delivery details. Occasionally, this could lead the merchant to cancel the order. 


If the merchant does decide to pull the curtain on an order, here's how we keep the show running:


1. We'll give the order another shot.

2. We'll get in touch with the merchant to understand the reasons behind the cancellation and work hand-in-hand to find a solution.

3. We'll try to source the item from another merchant.

4. If all these efforts don't bear fruit, we'll let both you and the Lister know immediately, and ensure the Lister receives LuxyCredits for the gift's value, so they can select another gift from their wishlist.
