If the merchant does decide to pull the curtain on an order, here's how we keep the show running:
1. We'll give the order another shot.
2. We'll get in touch with the merchant to understand the reasons behind the cancellation and work hand-in-hand to find a solution.
3. We'll try to source the item from another merchant.
4. If all these efforts don't bear fruit, we'll the Lister know, and ensure the Lister receives LuxyCredits for the gift's value, so they can select another gift from their wishlist.
