When you purchase on LuxyList, you're buying a gifting SERVICE, not specific products. By completing your purchase, you agree to our complete Terms & Conditions and the terms outlined below.
Understanding LuxyCredits
A Service Recovery Tool, Not a Financial Instrument
LuxyCredits function solely as a non-monetary store credit within our platform when we cannot fulfill the original gift purchase. They have no cash value and are not a financial instrument or stored value.
When LuxyCredits Are Issued:
- When a gift can't be fulfilled due to stock shortages or merchant issues, LuxyCredits representing the value of the gift minus our service fee will be issued 3 business days after the order is placed with us
- In the event of necessary gift returns
- When there are funds remaining after a purchase (at our discretion, upon delivery of the gift)
- As a solution that honors your gifting intention while providing the recipient flexibility
Your Agreement at Checkout
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Service Purchase Agreement You understand that if items are unavailable or out of stock, LuxyCredits will be issued to the recipient instead of physical products. This completes the gifting service you are purchasing.
Important Terms You Accept:
- All sales are final with no refunds or cancellations
- LuxyList does not hold inventory or control merchant processing
- You will not receive confirmation from the gift recipient as LuxyList maintains privacy between parties
