Before placing the order, we make sure that we have all the needed info. If we don't have all the necessary info, we will reach out to you to get it. We encourage you to regularly check your LuxyList to ensure accuracy. 

We place orders 3 business days after the gift requests comes into our system. This is the best time to reach out to us to request a change. 

Once the item is ordered, we are unable to make any changes.


After it is delivered, you may be able to return it only for a refund to the original purchase method. Please review our info regarding returns here.
