Your shipping address is captured at the moment a gift is placed, and that's what we use to send it. If you get a gift notification and need to update your address, email us right away at [email protected] — we may still be able to help if we haven't placed the order yet.
Once your gift has shipped, address changes need to go through the courier directly. We recommend keeping your address current in your account at all times to avoid this altogether.
