How inaccurate info contributes to Gift Delays.

At LuxyList, we pride ourselves on being more than just a gifting platform; we are dedicated personal shoppers, handling each gift request with the utmost care and attention.

When an item is ordered from our site, it is placed in a queue for us to place the order with the merchant. Please note that we place the orders in the order they were received in our system. Before we place the order we review everything for accuracy. If for any reason the info is not accurate the order is removed from the queue and placed on hold pending receipt of the accurate info. Once the accurate info is received the order is placed back into the queue at the end of the line.

Our hours of operation, staff availability, and the number of orders ahead of yours, all affect when an order is placed. It's important to ensure the items in your LuxyList are accurate and updated, to prevent delays in the order process.
