Gift Order Processing Time
Most gift requests are placed with the merchant within 3 business days of entering our system. We don't process on weekends, US bank holidays, or during company closures, and expedited processing isn't available.
During peak seasons, please allow a bit of extra time.
Kindly note, once a gift order is placed with the merchant their processing and handling times apply so it's important to understand the policies of the merchants you add gifts from.
