At LuxyList, every order is handled with care and attention, which involves a series of checks and processes to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
When a gifter makes a purchase that cannot be fulfilled, we provide the Lister with options that include selecting another item from the vendor or canceling and refunding the gifter. At this point, our service fee is retained. This fee covers the work already done by our team in processing the original order – from verifying item availability to managing logistics and handling service inquiries.
Subsequently, when Gift Credit is used for a new purchase, we apply our service fee again. This is because each new order initiates a fresh round of service and handling, and our team puts in the same level of effort and care as with any initial purchase.
