Gift Request Processing Time

Due to the volume of gift requests we receive and to allow us time to do all the necessary pre-checks and for the funds to settle, we place orders 3 Business days after the gift request comes into our system.

These business days follow the same schedule as US banking days, so they do not include weekends or US bank Holidays.

For some luxury items and brands, we may work directly with our retail partners or our in store sales people to source the item, so the order date may take longer and is dependent on:

  • The inventory in the store

  • The hours and days our retail partner is available

Our commitment to you is that if we are unable to place the order on the 3rd business day after we receive it in our system, we will reach out and let you know.

Please note, while LuxyList allows you to add almost anything from anywhere on the internet, the availability of items on your wishlist isn't within our control, as we're not a retailer but your behind-the-scenes personal shopper.  We are also subject to the order processing times of the vendors you choose to add your wishes from.
