Gift Order Processing Time

Most gift orders are placed with the merchant 3 Business days after the gift order comes into our system. We may have questions during that 3 day window and your timely responses will ensure your gift is ordered on schedule.

Our business days follow the same schedule as US banking days, and do not include weekends or US bank Holidays.


Some Luxury gifts may take longer as we work with in store representatives.

 

Kindly note, we place gift orders with the mechant in the order they are received in our system and due to time zones and purchase volume, an order may be placed shortly after midnight on the 4th business day.


When a gift is purchased from your List

You will receive an email from LUXYLIST informing you that an item from your LUXYLIST has been purchased. The item will also show up as ‘Gifted’ on your LUXYLIST.

Listers are responsible for understanding and following the policies of the merchant(s) they are gifted from so we recommend reviewing these policies before adding an item to your LuxyList.

Ordering/Processing


We will then process the order with the retailer in the order received. All sizes/colors/styles must be entered in the product details section for each item ordered, otherwise the default item may be ordered. Incomplete or inaccurate info can result in Luxy Credits being granted for the value. We may attempt to contact you regarding item details.

If we contact you regarding an issue with placing the order, you will have until the 3rd business day after the gift request entered our system to respond. If no response is received, Luxy Credits for the value of the gift will be granted to the Lister.

Expedited processing is not available.

Please note, while LuxyList allows you to add almost anything from anywhere on the internet, the availability and pricing of items on your wishlist isn't within our control, as we're not a retailer but your behind-the-scenes personal shopper.  We are also subject to the order processing times of the vendors you choose to add your wishes from.
