Refund Policy
LuxyList processes customer payments for the purchase of physical goods selected from curated registries. All sales are considered final once our shopping and procurement services have begun.
LuxyList does not provide refunds after services have started, except where required by law. Refunds may be issued in cases of fraud, duplicate charges, legal obligations, or when an order cannot be completed as described below.
If an Item Cannot Be Fulfilled
Because LuxyList sources products from third-party retailers, availability may occasionally change before fulfillment.
If an item cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or supplier availability, LuxyList will work with the recipient to select a substitute item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is received damaged, defective, or materially not as described, LuxyList will assist in working with the supplier to resolve the issue through replacement, correction, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with the supplier’s policies.
