In our commitment to safeguarding the integrity of the LuxyList gifting experience and to mitigate the potential for fraudulent or ill-intentioned gifting activities, we maintain a policy of finality regarding all sales. Once an item is procured from a LuxyList featured on our platform, the transaction is considered conclusive, and refunds are not issued.
This policy is explicitly acknowledged and agreed upon by all purchasers at the point of transaction, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.
Furthermore, to uphold the sanctity of the gifting process, recipients are respectfully advised that requests for refunds on behalf of the original gifter are not permissible under any circumstances.
In the unlikely event that a gift order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, LuxyList will issue a credit in the form of LuxyCredits, equivalent to the full value of the intended gift, to the recipient's account. This ensures that the intended value of the gift is preserved and available for future selections within the recipient's curated collection.
