We provide tracking information for all deliveries to help you monitor your gift's journey. While we strive to alert you to any delivery issues, ultimately, the onus is on you to stay informed of potential challenges, such as:
- Customs and duties charges, which are determined by your country's regulations and are your responsibility.
- Missed deliveries, where we advise contacting the courier directly to reschedule.
- Rerouted pickups, necessitating ID verification at the courier's local facility, matching the shipping address.
Ensuring the security of your delivery location is crucial, and we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking updates to anticipate your gift's arrival. Your proactive engagement helps smooth the delivery process. While we're here to support you every step of the way, if your gift is confirmed as delivered by the courier at the address you provided, but is missing, we are unable to assist or replace the gift.
If a gift is returned to the Shipper
When a gift is sent back to the sender, we issue LuxyCredits for the item's value, but this is contingent on the merchant's refund confirmation. It's essential to be aware that some merchants may not offer refunds for returned items. As such, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the return policies of the merchants featured on your list.
To manage the process of confirming refunds and liaising with merchants, we apply a 15% service fee. This fee supports the additional efforts required to ensure the resolution of your return.
