While we understand the allure of capitalizing on sales and special offers, our service is focused on the thoughtful facilitation of gift-giving. Our priority is to ensure each gift request is handled with care and precision, adhering to our established processing times.

What We Can Do:

If there is a publicly available site-wide sale at the time we purchase your item — one that doesn't require signing up for an account, entering a code, or any special action — we will honor that sale price.

What We Cannot Do:

• Use sales codes or discount codes provided by customers
• Create new merchant accounts to access discounts
• Sign up for promotional emails or programs on behalf of individual customers

If an Item Is on Sale

LuxyList is a gift fulfillment service: the giver funds the gift, and we purchase and deliver it on their behalf. Because the funds belong to the giver, any difference created by a sale price at the time of purchase is granted back to the giver — it is not credited or transferred to the gift recipient.

Our Purchasing Methods

LuxyList maintains its own established merchant relationships, accounts, and purchasing methods. Any savings achieved through our purchasing methods, merchant partnerships, or operational efficiencies are retained by LuxyList as part of the service.
