Depending on the origination of the gift item and the destination, duties, taxes and additional time for customs clearance may be necessary.
The Lister is responsible for understanding the terms of the merchant they are adding a gift from as well as any additional additional fees associated. We recommend doing a sample checkout of an item as these fees, in some cases, are only available at checkout.
LuxyList is not responsible for any delivery issues and/or delays as a result customs clearance. Once we receive tracking and/or delivery info from the vendor, we will share it with the Lister and it is their responsibility from there.
