Automated Gift Notifications on Twitter

Here is some info about how these Tweet notifications work and why they don't post 100% of the time:

  • Gift notification Tweets are not manually posted by us, they are a result of automated technology.
  • Gift notifications are auto-pushed through your Twitter account, meaning that our technology combined with Twitter's technology, and your permission settings, are designed to work together to automatically post these types of notifications through your Twitter account.
  • The technology is set up in such a way that it is your Twitter account posting the tweet, not our Twitter account posting a tweet to your Twitter timeline. This is why you are asked to connect your account which includes giving permission to Twitter to allow us to push this to your Twitter account.
  • Although our technology is integrated with Twitter, it is ultimately up to Twitter's technology to decide what posts are published.

We are happy to report - the integration is working as expected and pushing the notifications correctly. However, Twitter is not always posting the pushed messages.
