LuxyList Code of Conduct: Gifting with Grace

Created by Samantha B., Modified on Fri, 31 Jul at 6:45 AM by Samantha B.

1. Be Kind
We're here to make gifting feel wonderful, and that starts with how we treat each other. Courtesy, patience, and a little grace go a long way — for everyone involved.

2. Gifting, and Only Gifting
LuxyList exists for one thing: the art of sending a genuine gift. It's not a marketplace for trading goods or services, and it's never a stand-in for money changing hands.

3. A Gift With No Strings Attached
Every gift sent through LuxyList is exactly that — an expression of appreciation, admiration, or affection. Never an obligation, a guarantee, or leverage for something in return.

4. Privacy, Always
Respecting each other's privacy isn't optional here — it's the whole point. Sharing or asking for another member's personal information isn't allowed, full stop.

5. Handle It With Grace
If something doesn't go as planned, we'd love the chance to make it right — reach out to us and let's sort it out together.

6. Tell Us What You See
Notice something that doesn't feel right? Let us know at [email protected]. We take every report seriously, and your discretion in telling us helps keep the whole community trustworthy.

7. The Same Grace Online
However you talk about LuxyList out in the world, we'd love for it to reflect the same warmth that defines our community. Honest feedback is always welcome — false or misleading claims aren't.

One Last Thing
We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time to keep our community at its best. Not following it can affect your standing with LuxyList, up to and including account suspension.

Thank you for being part of what we're building. Together, we get to celebrate the art of gifting.
