No Payouts or Money Transfers

LuxyList is not a money transfer service. We do not offer payouts, peer-to-peer money transmission, or the direct exchange of money in any form. This keeps LuxyList operating within financial regulations and protects everyone on the platform. What we facilitate is one thing only: real, physical gifts, chosen from a wishlist and delivered with care.

Gifts Without Strings

Every gift on LuxyList is a token of appreciation — freely given, with nothing expected in return. Offering or expecting services, perks, or any form of reciprocation in exchange for a gift is not permitted. A gift purchased with the expectation of receiving something back contradicts the essence of our community.

Enforcement

We take these guidelines seriously. Violations may result in gift cancellation and account deactivation. These measures keep LuxyList a space where pure gifting thrives.
